POSITION: Training Support Associate
TERM: Full time, unti 31st August 2018, Renewable
LOCATION: BHC Building, 3rd floor, KG Ave 7, Kacyiru, Kigali-Rwanda
REPORTS TO: Business Development Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Inkomoko is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Support Associate to support our training team. The Training Support Associate will join a growing start-up team with core responsibilities as follows:

  • Receive training applications
  • Maintain a database and records of training participants with fidelity 
  • Assist in the participants training evaluation
  • Assist in logistics such as securing the venue, stationeries purchase, printing, etc.
  • Be the person of contact for all training participants for training communication
  • Be the Inkomoko Brand Ambassador by providing great customer service to training participants
  • Outreach to hard-to-reach training participants 
  • Translate documents from English to Kinyarwanda 
  • Use social media to market Inkomoko services
  • Greet clients visiting the Inkomoko office

  • Excellent communicator to audiences in Kinyarwanda, French, and English 
  • Unrelenting perseverance, personal integrity, and critical thinking skills 
  • 1 year of work experience in a similar position
  • Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, GoogleDocs 
  • Post-Secondary Education
