Barbara Mutoni
Barbara has been working with Inkomoko since 2020. She oversees People & Culture in the countries where we operate.
Prior to joining, she was part of the HR Management team at Bralirwa Plc. part of the Heineken Company where she gained vast experience as an HR Business Partner. She has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources with both international and local organizations as well as banking Institutions, as a People & Culture Manager, Learning & Development Manager, and other general HR functions. Barbara has been an active contributor to overall HR agendas within her past employments specifically on People Development and HR Digital transformation.
Barbara attained her first Bachelors’ Degree (Honors) from Makerere University and has since had post graduate qualifications in line with HR & Leadership & Organisational Development from Cornell University & Oklahoma Christian University. She has also been involved in Professional Masters’ pathway and participated in several Leadership Development programs throughout her career.
