Cynthia Ndeti is the Director of Business Growth Services (BGS) in Kenya, joining the company’s Nairobi office in December 2022.

She is a passionate entrepreneurship development practitioner with extensive experience supporting established and aspiring entrepreneurs to ideate, validate, prototype, fundraise and formalize their ventures. Cynthia has over 13 years of experience in strategy, operations, product, and project management. Her knowledge stretches across various sectors/industries, and she has a firm understanding of the entrepreneurial pipeline, with networks in several entrepreneurial ecosystems on the African continent.

Cynthia is a Mentor and a Coach and is particularly driven to support entrepreneurs for investor readiness and connect them to angels and venture capitalists’ networks. She hopes to inspire innovation in entrepreneurs and to support them in establishing data-driven market-creating ventures using innovative tools.
