Henok Laike is the Director of Business Growth Services in Ethiopia. He brings over 13 years of experience in program design and implementation, with a focus on entrepreneurship development, capacity building, and job creation. Henok holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, M.Sc in Software Engineering, and an MBA in Management.

Prior to joining Inkomoko, Henok led large-scale, donor-funded programs fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems in Ethiopia. He has a proven track record in youth and women’s empowerment, market linkages, and national policy development for the entrepreneurship sector. Henok’s expertise in technology and business development makes him a valuable asset to Inkomoko’s mission of driving inclusive economic growth in Ethiopia.
