Joseph Mudenge
MEL Director
Joseph Mudenge is the Director of MEL at INKOMOKO. He brings 14 years of experience in the area of data management and strategy. His current role includes measuring and analyzing the impact of INKOMOKO’s programs and generating insight for growth.
Prior to joining INKOMOKO, he was the Director of Planning and Research at Rwanda Social Security Board, where he coordinated the establishment and improvement of various social protection programs. Joseph holds a BSc in Statistics from Makerere University and an MSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland.
