Karen Ibeere is an accomplished professional renowned for her ability to drive organizational success through strategic leadership and operational excellence. She is currently the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Inkomoko, and is based in the Nairobi office.

Before joining Inkomoko, Karen served as the Chief Executive Assistant to the Global CEO at Living Goods. In this capacity, she played a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the organization and expertly managed the Global Executive Team. Her extensive experience has honed her skills in people management and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Karen holds a Master of Non-profit Administration from the renowned Mendoza Business School at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, United States. Complementing this, she has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Nairobi, Kenya. She’s also a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) fellow. This recognition underscores her dedication to leadership development and her active engagement with some of the most brilliant minds in the region.
