Mahlet Kinfe Hadgu
Mahlet Kinfe Hadgu is the Inkomoko Ethiopia Director of Business Growth Services (BGS), joining the Addis Ababa office in January 2023.
Mahlet previously worked for ZOA and Danish Refugee Council, International NGOs, where she managed urban refugee livelihood programs and led resilience and integration projects in Addis Ababa.
Mahlet is a passionate humanitarian and business development professional with eight years of experience in business and community development programs. She is dedicated to bringing an impact in developing new innovative ideas and taking the lead in interventions related to entrepreneurship development and refugee crisis response.
Mahlet has established skills in project designing and implementation to address the needs of people in need who have been affected by adverse events such as conflicts, famine, and various mental and psychosocial issues.
