Pacifique joined INKOMOKO as Chief of Staff in March 2020. Today Pacifique is the Development Manager of the INKOMOKO Group. In his role, Pacifique works to meet our future fundraising targets and strategic growth objectives across all INKOMOKO sites. Prior to joining INKOMOKO, Pacifique worked for MindLeaps as Rwanda Country Director, leading the strategy and a team of over 50 staff. In 2019, Pacifique led the expansion of MindLeaps programs in all 6 refugee camps in Rwanda, impacting over 1000 refugee youth. Pacifique also worked for Edify and has consulted with UNICEF, the Infinite Potentials Consulting, and Afri Talent Management. Pacifique holds a Master’s in Leadership Development from the International Graduate School of Ministry, a certificate of Entrepreneurship from Mercer University, Stetson School of Business and Economics, and a degree in Civil Engineering. Pacifique is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance.
