Linda Mukangoga is the Director of Strategic Initiatives. She helps identify potential partners and funders to support the organization’s objectives and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational success.

Prior to this, Linda has also worked as the Chief of Staff to the CEO where she managed company-wide integration efforts and advising cross-functional teams on strategy and operations.

Previous to joining Inkomoko, she worked within the higher education space enhancing equitable access to unique learning experiences and career opportunities through active collaboration with both public and private sectors. Linda is driven by the passion to contribute to how young people participate in the economy as innovators, entrepreneurs, and change-makers.

Linda also serves as an active member of CollectiveRw, Haute Baso , Acumen Organization and ITC SheTrades Community.
